Jon is a chartered accountant with experience in finance and project management, risk management, business improvement and investor relations primarily in the resources industry.

Jon was most recently Operational Excellence Manager for Glencore Zinc. and previously served as Commercial Manager, Technology and Innovation, for Newcrest Mining.

Jon has a Bachelor or Commerce from the University of Tasmania and started his career as a graduate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2000. His daughter Margaret, is in the Junior School at Fahan.

In addition to his appointment to the Fahan School Board, Jon is on the board of ASX listed SciDev.
