Alex McKeand is the Group Communications Manager at Australian footwear brand, Blundstone, looking after the company’s brand strategy and tactical implementation. Alex has extensive experience in both public and private industries holding senior management roles at Tourism Tasmania, MyState Limited and the Tasmanian Ports Corporation.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management and Journalism from the University of Tasmania and a Diploma of Tourism and Leisure Management from the University of Southern Denmark.

Alex is a member of the Fahan School Alumni, Class of 2001.
