Fahan Tasmanian Alumni Lunch

You are warmly invited to attend the Fahan Tasmanian Alumni Lunch to be held at

Lunch 12:00pm - 2:30pm
Cost:  $55 per person
Includes : a welcome drink, main and dessert, tea and coffee

Southern Bus transport leaving at 8:30am
from the Sandy Bay Sailing Club, Long Point Road, Sandy Bay

We would be delighted if you could join us for this wonderful event in the North of the State.  It will be a lovely opportunity to catch up with your fellow Tasmanian Alumni and Principal of Fahan School, Mrs Meg Lawson.

Lunch will be pre-ordered from the menu options below, please note your selections when your RSVP.

Main Course Choices

Please make your selection form one of the following options:

• Salt and Pepper Calamari, iceberg lettuce, julienne carrot, cucumber, red chilli, crispy shallots, chilli caramel
• Beer-battered Fish & Chips, Tasmanian fish of the day, house beer batter, tartare sauce, green salad, fries
• Mushroom & Parmesan Arancini (4), roasted butternut pumpkin puree, rocket, shaved parmesan, toasted pepita seeds, reduced balsamic
• Panko Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel, Asian slaw, grapefruit, pistachio, parsely, fries

Dessert Choices

Please make your selection from one of the following options:

• Eton Mess, Tasmanian strawberries & raspberries, layers of mascarpone mousse, crispy meringue, fresh berries & compote
• Dark Chocolate Mousse with chocolate soil, raspberry sorbet and edible flowers
• Hellyers Salted Caramel Brûlée with almond biscotti
• Chef's selection of sorbet/ice cream
