Year 3 – 6 enjoyed a special visit today from Morris Gleitzman, a bestselling Australian children’s book author. Morris Gleitzman is best known for his hugely successful children’s books including Two Weekends with the Queen, Bumface and Once.
Morris Gleitzman spoke to students about his latest book, Extra Time and also covered important techniques for writing great stories. Students enjoyed a question and answer session and asked lots of great questions about Morris Gleitzman’s wonderful books and creative ideas.
At the conclusion of the visit, students were given the opportunity to meet and speak with Morris Gleitzman in person, many students bringing along all their favourite books to be signed.
