The wait for our 35 Year 12 students is over as their Australian Tertiary Admissions Ranks (ATARs) were released this week. Once again one in three girls achieved an ATAR of 90 or above placing them in the top 10% of the Nation. Two of our students also made the list of the top 100 Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) scores in the State.
Jenny Jiang and Lili Davies (pictured above) both performed outstandingly during their TCE studies in both Year 11 and 12 and were listed in the news as being two of the top 100 performers in Tasmania. They are part of a group of seven from this cohort who achieved scores of 95 or more placing them in the top 5% of the Nation.
Not only have our students performed exceptionally well in their academic studies this year but also in the areas of sport, music and community service. All of the 2010 Year 12 leavers are true all-rounders who have been an asset to our community.
Each and every one of our leavers should be commended for their achievements. Every girl has performed to the best of their ability and we look forward to seeing where their futures take them.
